45th Re-U-Nite!

Our Saturday July 14th evening activity will
be the Garage Band Woodstock III event!!!!!

The 45th Re-U-Nite event will begin on Friday Night July 13, 2012 at the home of Ray Maddox in Abilene at approximately 7:00pm for meet-n-greet. There will also be a table there so you can pickup your name tag and GBW III tickets.
Eileen has reserved rooms at the following Hotels:

MCM Elegante Suites, 4250 Ridgemont Dr.

Courtyard by Marriott, 4350 Ridgemont Dr.

Hilton Gardens Inn, 4449 Ridgemont Dr.
When you call these Hotels tell them you are with the Cooper Class of 1967 Reunion. Do not wait to take advantage of these rates and limited room block. If you prefer, there are many other hotels close by such as the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn.
On Saturday, you will be on your own for breakfest and luch so you can tour Abilene, eat with whom you would like and pay as you go.
At 2:00pm on Saturday, we will meet at Janet Storey Franklin's property in Buffalo Gap (I will send directions).
At 6:00pm on Saturday, we will meet at Garage Band Woodstock III (Abilene Fair Grounds) for Garage Band Woodstock III event.
The only up-front cost to you will be for the Friday Night Meet-n-Greet at the home of Ray Maddox and the Garage Band Woodstock III Tickets. The purpose of the Survey on the cooper1967 web site is to get a head count on how many will be attending. Once we have that number we will email you with the amount we will need you to mail to Eileen. This cost should be less than $50.00 per person. When you check in at the table on Friday Night we will then give you your GBW III tickets.
Wow! that is alot of information! So make your plans and let use know that you plan to attend. As Mick says "This Could Be the Last Time.."
