Douglas Wayne Wood, I met him when I was at Jefferson Jr. High. We were both in band and played trumpets. Doug was a very talented guy and very intelligent with a very very funny sense of humor, he could keep you laughing with some of his little saying and his little dances he like to perform. I did not see him much after high school but do remember he married a girl name Peggy and the moved to Ft. Worth and they had a baby, but cant remember if it was a boy or a girl. It was sad to hear that he was gone at such a young age.
Doug used to go into the parking lot to his car at lunch and I remember he used crooked dice to cheat me out of money. It wasn't funny then but it is now. He had some wild girl friends that he introduced me to. Thanks for the memories Doug. Steve
