Ann Ford Rogers--I was so saddened to learn of the passing  of Billy.  I remember him as a fun, kind, considerate person who  was always a pleasure to enjoy .  Wishing peace and comfort to his family as I remember him fondly and give thanks that our paths  crossed on life's journey.

I roomed with Billy for a year at UT, and hung around with him and friends a lot until we all graduated . I probably never met a more upbeat guy  --- always positive, always fun to be with. I have some great memories of some great times with him.

Billy and I had so many good times growing up together doing crazy things we shouldn't have done. I haven't seen him in high school. A really great guy. Rest In Peace and may God bless you and your family
